Shipping Rates

• Free UK Shipping on orders over £50

• Flat rate: £3.95 for orders under £50

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at orders@brewbetter.uk with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

We work with Royal Mail and other trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.

Custom Duties (for future international shipping)

Currently, we do not offer international shipping — but when we do, please note that import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
