At Brew Better, we know that great coffee starts with the right gear — and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day hassle-free return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.
Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 14 days of your order date for a store credit, refund, or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is returned within 14 days of the order date.

It is in unused, as-new condition, with no signs of wear, use, or damage.

It is returned in its original, undamaged packaging, with all product tags and labels intact.

The original product packaging is not used as the outer shipping box — please do not attach labels or tape directly to it.

A copy of your order confirmation or invoice is included with the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we’ll provide a pre-paid return label.

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at brewbetter.uk@gmail.com. Our team will provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, not as described, or you’ve received the wrong item, we’ll work to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.
Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing brewbetter.uk@gmail.com or using the contact form on our website. We’ll begin the return process and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose:
If the item has a major fault:
You’re entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on your preference and the specific situation.
If the item has a minor fault:
We may offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. If the issue persists, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.
Conditions for Faulty/Damaged Returns:

You must report the issue within a reasonable timeframe (ideally within 3 days of delivery).

Items must be returned with a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

We recommend keeping the original packaging to help with safe return transit. If the original packaging is not available, you are responsible for ensuring the item is adequately protected during return shipping.
Who Covers the Return Costs?

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs by issuing a pre-paid return label.

If the item is returned for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping.
Assessment & Processing
Once your item is received, we will:

Inspect and assess the fault or damage within 3 business days

Contact you to confirm the outcome

Issue the appropriate remedy (refund, replacement, or repair)
We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured courier when returning any items. Brew Better cannot accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.
