What is Brew Better?
Brew Better is a London-based specialty store offering premium coffee accessories for home brewers, baristas, and cafes. We focus on products that are functional, beautiful, and designed to elevate your coffee ritual.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK. International shipping is coming soon! If you’re outside the UK and interested in placing an order, feel free to email us at hello@brewbetter.uk and we’ll try to help.
How much is shipping?

Orders under £50: Flat rate of £3.95
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item at hello@brewbetter.uk, with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Are your tampers and portafilters compatible with my espresso machine?
Many of our tools come in multiple sizes — we list sizing clearly on each product page.
